It’s taken me a while to bring myself to blog about the awful situation we all find ourselves in, it’s hard to find the right words. I’ll keep this short and sweet…
This year has been the hardest in my career, simple.
Speaking to you wonderful people daily about the possibility and then eventuality that your big day needed to be postponed was heartbreaking. You’ve spent so long leading up to the day, planning, day dreaming, Pintrest-ing those ideas, all to lead to this. Up until March this year the most common worry I put to rights for Brides and Grooms was how to handle rain on the big day, or how to seat the top table! Now we find ourselves in a global pandemic with few answers, no real time scale to the situation, a great deal of fear and the unknown.
If you are reading this and you have had to move your wedding date or are thinking about it now, take a deep breath, I am here for you, your friends and family are here for you. You are not alone.
Postponing the big day with us is hard but I am here to make it as easy as I possibly can. Together we will talk about new date options, be that in a few months, a new Christmas wedding date, or the same time of year, but in 2021. We will find a way through this and I am here to lean on… To quote the song that’s just popped into my head “Lean on me, when you’re not strong, I’ll be your friend, I’ll help you carry on.”
We will move over every detail we have worked on for the day, every menu note, timing, or detail and nothing will be lost.
With the office closed all you need to do is pick up the phone and dial 07776198682
Stay safe,
